I then restarted and ran the Synapse3 installation as administrator. Once installed it works as usual. Try creating new (empty) profile in Synapse, then check. I assume, that keyboard is connected directly into USB ports on the motherboard and not via usb hub?

I have found the problem, After doing everything I could I identified the problem: Synapse doesn't work on a cold boot while on a reboot it does. The issue is in the fast boot of Windows 10. If it is activated, by default and recommended, in the cold boot it does not load all the drivers because they are already "cached" and with a reboot, however, the fast boot does not enter and it loads all the drivers. And indeed I have removed the fast boot and I no longer have a problem with Synapse. However I don't consider it a definitive solution, I consider it a problem that Razer has to solve.
