Hi Yesterday I bought blackwidow v3 tenkeyless I plug in to pc and keyboard don’t work I try other USB port but still anything I try to reinstall and restarting synaps and pc but still nothing what can I do else ?

I assume you plug it to other USB port directly into motherboard, and not USB HUB. Please try it on other PC, if it's still not working RMA it.
