Longtime Razer user with multiple purchases of Blackwidow keyboards, Basilisk mice, headphones, mics, gamepads and other accessories. Purchased the Blackwidow V4 full size keyboard late 2024 and just installed now and found keyboard field reduced in size because of macro key column added to left of keyboard. Keyboard frame length and width measures the same, so key and spacing sizes seem to have been reduced to fit this extra key column. No longer comfortable for my hand size and typing style.

Will Razer keep this design, or create an additional version without the macro key column to expand the key field to V3 size? Will V5 go back to this design?

I just bought the Blackwidow V4 and noticed the same issue instantly. The “alt” & “ctrl” are very small in addition to tighter spacing between keys causing my hand to cramp because of the more compact layout. The key size and spacing are especially important for first person shooters. Or to paraphrase, Razer needs to stop making keyboard for the little people in the Wizard of OZ.
