Hi, I have this problem. Anybody had/has it? Any ideas?

The problem started a few weeks ago, until that time there were no errors with the keyboard.

The problem: when my pc goes to sleep and I try to wake it with the keyboard, it wakes correctly but there is no keyboard detected after. I have tried many things what I found online, none of it worked. I tried with a different keyboard and it worked without problems so it’s not a windows error. I can unplug/plug the other keyboard and it works perfectly, but the razer is not working after pc wake up. I have to restart to get it working. I tried reinstalling synapse, but the error remains. So basically the keyboard can wake up the pc (it is configured in the device manager), but after it stops working, as if there was no keyboard connected. Nothing I tried helped me.

Can you give advice?

I uninstalled razer synapse beta and installed Razer Synapse 3. Now it works.

Thank you, I already sent it back to the seller, but when I get it back I try your solution.

Got a new keyboard from seller, it was working with syanpse 3, no problems after pc wake. But from yesterday I have the exact same problem with synapse 3 as well.

Hey, I have Razer Huntsman V3 X TKL and I have an issue similar to yours. Whenever my pc goes in sleep I have to restart the PC for my keyboard to work again. Hope this will be solved with future updates...

I found a solution but maybe not a final. I plugged the keyboard to a USB 3 port at the back panel not the basic USB 2 at the top of my back panel. Now it works without problems. Maybe there is some problem between the motherboard + usb port and the keyboard. It was suggested everywhere that you don’t need USB 3 for it, but in my case it solved the problem.
