I’m having issues with a new Blackwidow V4 Pro momentarily disconnecting every few minutes. When this disconnect happens, it freezes virtually everything else my computer is doing momentarily, including audio and mouse input. Even a YouTube video will pause and load when the keyboard disconnects. All of my drivers are up to date, razer synapse is up to date, and I know it’s not an issue with my computer because this doesn’t happen when the keyboard is unplugged or if a different keyboard is plugged in. I’ve tried moving the USB cords around as well, so I know the ports aren’t the problem either. Any ideas what the issue could be?

+1And the keyboard is connected to at least USB 3.0 (or above) directly on motherboard? Or via USB Hub?
I've been having the same issues with the Blackwidow V4 75% since the day I purchased. Random disconnect and reconnects. I've changed cables, moved to a different USB port, reinstalled software, reinstalled Windows and issue persists. By far the buggiest and worst software experience ever. I love how the keyboard feels but I'm ready to find another brand and never buy another Razer product again.
