BlackWidow V4 Pro lights for media keys reversed. Help.

Hello, I have a Blackwidow V4 Pro Full sized keyboard
Model #: RZ03-0468
S/N (date): IO2528F

I was setting it all up and everything seemed to work great. I left the Lights for the Media Keys for last. Well…. If you number them from left to right 1, 2, 3, 4 to identify them for clarity. In chroma studio if you put the color blue in the studio key #1, it turns Keyboard key #4 blue. In chroma studio if you put the color Green in the studio key #2, it turns the keyboard media key #3 green. The same happens for studio Key #3 changes the color for keyboard media key #2, and of course studio key #4 changes keyboard key #1.

I then put a slow wave on those 4 keys. In the studio if the wave goes from left to right, the keyboard media keys go right to left. If the studio wave goes from right to left, the keyboard keys go left to right. Also the top lights showing the left arrow (1), right arrow (3), Play/pause (2), Mute (4) do not light up under the center to show the character for the key (only the base ring around the bottom lights up).

I thought that it was probably plugged into the control board backwards. But then I turned off everything from Chroma Studio, and used one of the basic default Quick Effects (wave, ripple, etc...). They played correctly. The wave went all the way from the left side to the right side, including the correct left to right of the lights for the media keys. Same thing for right to left worked great.

Things I have tried: I tried to upgrade the firmware (I will try to find the current FW and reload it if possible), but the FW was current and did not over write. I have deleted all the chroma studio settings, reset the keyboard to factory settings, uninstalled all razor software, deleted all drivers I could find also removing/deleting the drivers from the HD. I then reinstalled everything from the bottom up, and it still does the same thing.

Is there any fix to this? I’m hoping it’s just a bug in Chroma Studio that can be patched at some time, or possibly reflashing the Firmware.

What are your thoughts? Recommendations?

On my Razer BlackWidow V4, model RZ03-0469, the lighting around the four media buttons works, but the symbols themselves remain dark. The symbols are difficult to make out even in a brightly lit environment. As a result, I cannot clearly identify the buttons or tell which one controls functions such as play/pause or mute.

However, the packaging depicts the symbols as illuminated and clearly visible. I therefore expected the media button symbols to be easily readable on the actual product.

Are the symbols on this model designed to be backlit? If so, how do I enable the lighting? If not, how do you explain the difference between the packaging and the actual product, and what solution can you offer so that I can clearly identify and use the media buttons?
