I bought this keyboard about a year ago, and at the same day when I started using the keyboard the issues appeared. I decided to ignore it at first, but now I just want to fix the thing. I’ve tried every troubleshooting method I saw, but none worked. Uninstalling drivers, reinstalling drivers, switching from Synapse 4 to 3, update firmware, plug the usb into a different port, nothing worked. I am really desperate to get this keyboard fixed and make it work properly, and I am slowly considering to send it to Razer myself to get it repaired.

Blackwidow V4 X A and D sometimes delayed, completely unresponsive or are double typing

Let me assist you with your keyboard. Can you clean the keys with a can of compressed air to blow away any accumulated dust and dirt? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the key input issue you're currently experiencing.
