I recently bought a Blackwidow V3 keyboard and I am having a problem with the dial button. The dial will not control the volume. All the other multimedia buttons/controls work fine. Synapse is installed and I have tried other USB ports with no luck.
That is when I have the Synapse installed. If I uninstall it, the dial works as expected. I've tried searching for a solution in here and on the support site but I can't seem to find one or find another user with the same problem as me.
