Blackwidows Chroma V2 - Key issue

Hello everyone, I've search on the topic, but don't see something related with the search, sorry if it's a duplicate thread. Actually, since 3 month, i got an issue regarding the key of the keyboard. Sometimes, i need to spam a key ( A for exemple) to let the letter work. 5min after, it can be another key who made this issue, and the A work correctly. It happens all the times, and randomly. I've try to reset the keyboard, clean it, change USB, change profile.. etc.. I don't see any difference after it. Did someone know how can i fix it ? Thanks for reading !
