Blackwindow v4 Standard Delay

I have had a problem for 3 months since I had the keyboard and I tried changing the plug where I connect the keyboard and it still has the same delay on keys like arrow /wasd/ sometimes it takes my keys sometimes it doesn't. I also reinstalled windows and still clean so many times and nothing ...If you know how to help me, I sincerely ask you to help me because I play some games and it doesn't work on my keys. I paid money for the keyboard and I can't use it to its full potential.
