buttons not working and random clicks

For some time now, my buttons(F8,F9,F10,F11,F12, prt sc, scr lk, pause ) are not working and at random times, F10,F11 prt sc and scl lk clicks by itself.

My keyboard is Blackwidow v3 tenleyless.
I have already tried reinstall synapse and keyboard drivers.

funny thing, if the keyboard is unplugged for x hours then it will work for a while and then( in my case it was about 40 minutes) a repeat of the entertainment and the inability to use the keyboard normally, razer please fix the keyboard software
