Cynosa Lite not working

My keyboard doesn't type, I already did the "esc+caps lock+space" thing and still not working. Synapse also is not detecting it and when I turn my pc off the lights stays on. I don't know what to do, the keyboard is new and this just happens! I'm loosing hope.

Updated synapse and now my keyboard won’t recognize so I can’t change the color off of the preset color changing setting. I’ve tried deleting all the drivers, including the HID keyboard, uninstalling synapse and all related folders were deleted, but synapse still won’t recognize my keyboard. Why did they make a keyboard that needs software to change the lights ffs lol.
