DeathStalker V2 Pro 2nd keyboard problem

Userlevel 3

Anyone got this kind of issue with DeatStalker V2 Pro, this is my 2nd keyboard that is doing the same thing.

Only thing that helped was removing the dongle from USB and connecting it again, but it helped only for some short period of time.

I think the problem is with dongle because keyboard acts like it is losing connecting or something.

I flash the latest fimware but no changes. This is my 2nd DeathStalker V2 Pro that is doing the same thing.

I found temporarily fix, when that funky things starts to happening I pull dongle out from PC, turn off keyboard, connect dongle into PC and turn On (2.4) keyboard again, after that it’s ok. But this is not a solution. Razer should make some permanently fix for this, this is not normal it is happening on two same keyboards, clearly it’s some bug.

I also noticed today when keyboard is connected via hyperspeed (DeathAdder + DeathStalker) dongle is connected in Chroma. Keyboard sometimes randomly got stuck key when I’m typing and some keys are not registered also when I’m typing. Typing is way better when dongles are separated, no stuck keys and every key is registered, but then problem in first post in video appear randomly.

EDIT:

Problem in first post appeared now also when keyboard was connected via hyperspeed, so it’s not just when keyboard is on her own dongle, it happends on hyperspeed too.

EDIT2:

I will try to turn off synapse and use everything for few days without synapse to see if problem will still persist

Synapse not the problem.

Problem is happening without Synapse too. Stuck keys, num lock is flashing from time to time like there is some lost of connection, because when that happend I can’t type anything keyboard is non reponsive for second or two, and continue to work normal minute or two and it starts all over again. Keyboard is on 52% battery at the moment, but that also doesn’t matter because full or 50% same problem occure.

Don’t know what to think anymore, one theory is that there are some intereference on 2.4Ghz and that dongle is malfunctioning or something. But when I remove keyboard dongle and connect keyboard via hyperspeed on only mouse dongle via Mouse dock Chroma it’s doing that same thing again. And mouse dongle is operating on 2.4Ghz too, so maybe there is really some intereference on that freqency.

Now I am wondering how to find out what is causing this and eliminate intereference...

Found a problem and solved it.

Problem was in my dual band wifi card on motherboard which is working on 2.4 and 5Ghz freq. I changed wifi card now on 5Ghz only, and everything is working fine now for 10 days. I even don’t use that wifi card but there is no option to disable it in BIOS I disable it in device manager, but it still send and recieve signal so switching to 5Ghz only was only option to check if that was the problem, and it was.

Problem appeared again strangely, and again because of interference. When I turned on my external HDD that is located behind my PC and connected near keyboard dongle, keyboard starts to act strange again.

I connect if with wire and now it’s ok. Mouse DeathAdder V2 Pro knows to do same things like keyboard from time to time.

I have an $18 wireless keyboard. I didn't have a problem with it breaking even once. I cannot use a 200 dollar product wirelessly. Disgrace!!!

I agree with you, too expensive for nothing. I know that logitech is garbage too, but never had any problem like this on logitech.
