My keyboard is working while connected by cable but isn’t charging correctly, battery is stuck at 0%.
Already tried to reinstall synapse 3 remove driver and firmware is updated.
I've only used it for 4 months.

Thank you for alerting us about this. Are you using a USB hub? If possible, try it on a different computer or power source and check if there are any improvements. If that didn’t work, then send me a PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can look for some troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
