I ordered a Blackwidow v4 keyboard (german layout) on amazon 5 days ago. When it arrived I noticed that I got a wrong keycap. I got two “ü” keycaps on my keyboard and not a “u” and “ü”.
The key with “u” is working fine, I can write “u”, I only have the keycap “ü” there and not a “u” keycap.
Hope that makes sense.
As you can see there is ZÜIOPÜ and it should be ZUIOPÜ.
So I was wondering if someone from the support team can help me out with sending me a new keycap maybe? I also opened a support ticket but the support doesn’t understand my issue, they think my keys aren’t working but I only need a new keycap.
