Hello, I have this issue and I couldn’t find the reason why it happens. When I hold down Fn, everything lights up as it should, but the buttons don’t work, it only does regular for example F11 function. I would appreciate any help.

Hi there,
Does it make any difference when the Razer Synapse software is temporarily disabled? You can also reinstall your keyboard’s drivers by following the steps below:
1. Press Windows + S on your device to open the Search bar.
2. Type in “Device Manager” and hit Enter.
3. Go to "Keyboards" or "Human Interface Device".
4. Right-click on the Razer Huntsman V2 TKL and select Uninstall device.
5. Restart your computer to completely uninstall the drivers.
The drivers will automatically reinstall after your computer restarts. If that didn’t work out, then drop me a message via PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
