Function keys not working for on Mini huntsman.

So I've plugged my keyboard into my cousin's laptop and it was working perfectly fine. Function key is works and there the keys are working just fine. No 'multi' key issue and no late response. To fix my issue, I quit Razer Synapse 3 and tried to download Huntsman Mini Drivers for an update. I've also gone to Device Manager and had it 'Search for Device Changes'. But once I started Razer Synapse again, the problem with the 'Function' Key came back. In conclusion, there is a driver issue with my computer and I've may have tied it to Razer Synapse 3. Sign in and sign out of Razer Synapse then the function keys will start working again.
