I’m using a Razer Ornata Chroma Destiny 2 Edition (wired) keyboard and have run into an issue where none of the F1–F12 function keys are responding, even when using the Fn key. I’ve already:

Performed a full hardware reset (Esc + Caps Lock + Spacebar while plugging in)

Tried Fn + Esc, Fn + F10, etc.

Confirmed keys are mapped correctly in Synapse

Disabled Gaming Mode
-
Reinstalled Synapse and drivers

Tested on another PC (same issue)

Checked Hypershift and profiles – nothing unusual
I believe the Fn layer may be stuck due to a firmware issue. I’m not requesting a repair — just a firmware reset utility or workaround that can restore proper function key behavior.
Since my keyboard is out of warranty and I can’t submit a support request through the official site, I’m hoping someone here can assist or point me in the right direction.
