Greetings, after trying for several days I have been able to get the Razer Anansi keyboard to work only by starting windows and being detected by the standalone driver, which allowed me to disable the special keys. This indicates that the keyboard, without driver, saves a PROFILE - DEFAULT and that it cannot be modified by firmware update or by the razer configurator driver. The problem is that it seems to have saved in the PROFILE - DEFAULT, random key combinations as a macro, sometimes blocking Windows and the use of the keyboard itself.
Is there any way to HARD RESET the Razer Anansi ? The software does not reset the PROFILE - DEFAULT and when I connect it to another computer or in Bios mode of a PC, it is not configured again.

- Unplug the keyboard.
- Press and Hold the “Escape” button (Esc) and “Macro 5” button (M5).
- Plug-in the keyboard to a USB port.
- Release all keys.
