Hello Razer community,I am writing not as a tech enthusiast, but as a mother whose daughter has used the same Razer Cynosa V2 keyboard for over a decade of playing World of Warcraft.That keyboard is more than a peripheral. It is her portal — customized with macros, color schemes, and shortcuts, shaped through years of play and connection.Sadly, the keycaps have started to fade badly. I reached out to Razer Support asking not for a new keyboard, but for replacement keycaps, or even spare ones from a used unit. Despite a respectful dialogue, the request was denied based on warranty expiration and reseller status.I now turn to you — the Razer community — to ask: Does anyone have an old Cynosa V2, even non-functional, from which I can recover keycaps? Or any advice on compatible replacements / 3D printed options? I’m not looking to replace this keyboard.
