help with razer turret dongle for xbox

Hello, I have a question about my razer wireless keyboard and mouse. I've lost the USB key that connected me to my Xbox or computer. How can I get back a wireless connection - is it enough to buy a USB 2.4 key? Or won't it work?
If you can help me, I'd be very grateful.

Hey Tea,

So I had a similar issue, and I contacted Razer support. They told me that they don’t make the product/dongle anymore. So, I ordered the classic 2.4 dongle from their website and tried to see if it could work with my Turret.

However, When I loaded up the Razer Turret dongle pairing utility tool, it wouldn’t recognize my 2.4 usb dongle. I tried using another dongle pairing tool and it was immediately recognized. So, for whatever reason the dongle can work, but the pairing utility won’t work with the common 2.4 dongle Razer sells.
