Razer synapse is not working, anyone knows how could I fix it

Yeah it happened to me to
Download ccleaner (just makes it easier)
Go on tools uninstall Razer synapse
Razer synapse will then open
Press repair and wait for it to repair and once it is done then it should work

it still is frozen when i uninstall it
