i have an ornata v3 but some keys like (B, N, left arrow, down arrow, right arrow, etc.) aren’t working. how can i fix them?

I understand that some keys on your Razer Ornata V3, including the B, N, Left Arrow, Down Arrow, and Right Arrow keys, are not working. Have you tried cleaning the affected keys using compressed air to remove any dust or debris? Have you tried the keyboard on another computer to see if the same keys are affected? Also, does the issue persists even Razer Synapse is disabled? Please try the troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue.
