how do I get a RMA code

Last october I bought a keyboard with serialnumber: IO2539F99800506. As of today, the backspace key no longer works. I would like to receive an RMA CODE to be able to use the warranty. I bought the keyboard at razer.com. I live in the Netherlands.

    I understand that you're having a key input issue with your Razer BlackWidow V4 X. Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue.
