So I bought the “Razer BlackWidow V4 X - Green Switch - US” in January, and I live in Canada. Recently, like its only been three months, my keyboard has started to malfunction. Under the 100% condition of using it as a normal gamer, parts of the key are malfunctioning and sometimes keys such as’e’, ‘r’, and even ‘space’ does not work.
I wonder what do I do according to the return&exchange policy since it has a 2 years warranty.
I want to exchange it for a new one! I might have recieved a flawed product...
Do i go my local razor-authorized store to exchange? Please let me know!!! Big thanks!
