My keys stopped working out of nowhere desintaled synapse, drivers and reset the keyboard installed all again and still doesn't work, any ideas why or how to fix it?

Hello there,
Try to update your keyboard’s firmware. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can check the warranty status.
