this is ridiculous. First time I purchased the keyboard i had synapse 4. It worked for a bit but then stopped working. I installed synapse 3 and it worked more or less. The software kept bugging me that i need to upgrade to 4, so i did.
In 4 this keyboard does not save the profile lights. It keeps resetting the brightness to 0 for rapip trigger. Cannot get to store the setting.
Rarely detects pubg, but after the game starts it switches back so profile links don’t work.
Now, my keyboard disappeared from synapse so i cannot re enable the lights. I need the lights to see some less used keys.
I said i would not buy any more hardware from Razer, but this is really the last one.
