i am using my huntsman elite since long time no issue came up till this morning i was playing csgo and suddenly my keyboard started spamming keys on its own somehow i came to home screen and the synapse software was upgrading,

there is no information about 0187 model anywhere i am frustrated because i cant even connect this keyboard to a pc or laptop it just start spamming keys rapidly,

i really need help guys if anyone here is kind enough please give me a solution for this
