Hi everyone,
I’ve been using my Razer Huntsman Mini since June 6th, 2022. Recently, the B key stopped working completely, while all other keys still work fine. The keyboard hasn’t been dropped, spilled on, or physically damaged in any way.
Unfortunately, I see that my device is now out of warranty, and Razer’s website says it's ineligible for free support. I don’t have a RazerCare Protection Plan either.
I’m reaching out here to ask:
Has anyone experienced this issue before with a single non-functioning key on the Huntsman Mini?
Is it possible to get the switch replaced or repaired out-of-warranty, even at a cost?
Would you recommend contacting a local repair shop for this type of issue?
Any suggestions or advice would be appreciated.
