Huntsman no longer functions.

I used this keyboard for less than an hour when it went dark. It no longer lights up, it doesn't show up in device manager on any PC I plug it in to. I've tried 3, and over two dozen USB ports. Did this thing just brick itself? P.S. Why do you have a drivers and software downloads link for the Huntsman....if you don't have any drivers or software for the Huntsman. P.P.S How has there been 4 firmware updates for the Huntsman Elite and none for the regular model? That's literally a firmware update for each extra button.

It could be bricked, but check the cable - try to move it near the keyboard and near the USB plug, to check if it'll start.

I thought the same thing, but it made no difference. Cable or not, it's apparently nothing I can fix.

Waiting....also nice to find out that I can't start a return. "We don’t seem to recognize the order number and zip code." Guess I just wasted $130.

I bought this through the Razer store. Also, still waiting on that "reply within 72 hours". I completely understand if you are under-staffed due to the current situation and reply times are lagging, but change the email so I'm not sitting here waiting. That isn't directed at you OV3R_K1LL, I appreciate someone taking the time to reply to the post. The main issue I have with this entire situation is I'm now sitting here for two weeks without a working keyboard. Whats the amount of time I'm expected to wait before I just buy a different brand?

So, after a week of talking with Razer support and them wanting me to do their job, they asked me to send them a video of the keyboard not working. Actually plugging it in and showing nothing. They won't offer a refund or a replacement, so I'm done. I will never buy a Razer product again.
