Are all the usb pins connected properly and is it directly connected or via USB hub?
Yes they are connected properly and I tried directly connected to the pc and usb hub
Yes, my keyboard likes to do that as well. Directly connected to the PC. Look in Synapse under "Conect", did you allow apps to access Synapse? My predecessor mainboard completely failed after that. Actually the same with the new board. I assume that the error is caused by the Chroma SDK Kit. Under Windows "Events" the kit causes extreme problems for me and causes critical problems here.
So what exactly should I do ?
First check if there are apps accessible under Synapse --> Conect Apps, from an app. Otherwise uninstall Synapse completely. Afterwards deactivate the device in the device manager and uninstall the drivers. Then disconnect the keyboard and reboot.
Did you activate "Hypernate" mode under USB Options?

The last resort is to contact the Razer support,
https://support.razer.com/gaming-keyboards
Select your keyboard, read the tips/tricks and contact the support (button) mentioned on the bottom.

Try to connect it to another PC. Otherwise you will only be helped by going to the dealer or sending it back. I am sorry
