Huntsman problem

Hello i buyed a Huntsman keyboard,already installed software,but not working just light,when i press some button then from that button going one light but dont have nothing reaction,and dont write after 5-10sec again start just light,i tryed reinstall didnt helped,please help me how to fix it :)
