Is there anyone here that knows the fix for this? I’ve searched the entire reddit and razer forums and it seems this is happening for a long time now. I just got this keyboard and well it looks like its busted again as it keeps on turning off the custom actuation points whenever i move to a different profile or tab like lighting. i need to manually reselect all the keys for it to work again with the custom actuation points. it defeats the purpose of having the profiles. im having second thoughts and just return this and move to a different brand.

The same issue is happening with me and my brother. I am on my 3rd keyboard and have tested the keyboard on multiple computers and it’s still an issue. I followed Razer’s guide on doing a full reinstall of synapse and even went as far as to resetting my entire PC, and the issue still persists. The selling point of the keyboard is the accuation feature and it’s not working properly….

Update: Currently talking to support about this. They’re trying to get logs from my computer even though there is clearly an issue multiple users have reported about the keyboard. People who set the actuation don’t even know that it’s not being saved. They actually think the feature is functioning just fine.

Update 2: Razer support was worthless and basically admitted to the issue and just said to factory reset the keyboard and don’t bother switching profiles.

I have been losing my mind for the past months trying to figure this out. I even tried making a new razer account for fresh synapse profiles. Doesn’t matter. Their product is defective and this has reminded me why I quit buying razer products to begin with years ago. Won’t be making that mistake again.

Only thing I can do is FN+Tab and use the arrow keys to move the actuation point over, and over, and over, and over again. If this were a cheap ole keyboard from dollar general then whatever I guess. But we’re paying a ridiculous premium for this subpar crap that doesn’t work as advertised.

I made the mistake of supergluing my wrist rest on (I hate the magnetic rests moving) before playing a while with it. So I couldn’t return it. Otherwise, I would have, and never looked back at this company. I can’t believe I tried razer again.

I HAD the Huntsman V3. The analog feature is a deal breaker. Tired of dealing with the controller  feature. Constantly being seen in games as a controller. Than having to try t9o reset windows detection or go into games and set ALL controller settings to off.
