If the rapid trigger is disabled, even if the actuation point is set to 0.1mm, it will respond at about 0.5mm. However, when the rapid trigger is enabled, it responds at 0.1mm as set. Have you seen this symptom? Am I the only one?

Have you already tried updating the Synapse 3 app so it can fetch necessary updates for your device? If that didn’t help, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for other model-specific workarounds to help you address this problem. Thank you.
Both firmware and Synapse are using the latest versions. I have reported this matter to support and am awaiting a response.
