I am having a serious issue with a $250.00 keyboard. Have the whole lineup Mouse, keyboard and Kiyo Pro Ultra, I cannot even Stream its so bad. I have been gaming for 30 years never ran across something like this. I have tried on multiple games; so i delete Razer Synapse 4, all files on computer, and on Razer.com Privacy cloud saves.
When I hold down W to run forward and then hit keys 3 or 4 my character stops dead when walking and/or running. I have tried everything except crying on this page like I am not but I have SO MUCH INVESTED in this setup. Ran it through ai programs too and in the end nothing. Software is set in stone so cannot go back to an older version as it is flashed to this new device. HELP HELP AND HELP PLEASE.
Reddit and other places massive players are having similar keyboard issues like me to NO AVAIL.
