I recently purchased the keyboard, but it has not resolved the color error for the F3, E, D, and F12 keys. The F3 key does not represent red RGB and the lights do not turn off completely for the 3, E, and D keys. In addition, the D and F12 keys have a complex problem of not being able to represent blue colors. The A/S center is called normal operation.
(I've tried the same method as reinstalling Synapse 3, disabling Windows Dynamic Lighting, resetting the keyboard factory, reinstalling Windows, connecting to other PCs, but it hasn't worked out. For Black Widow V3, which I've been using for 3 years, it works perfectly.) it
