Huntsman V3 Pro TKL stopped working

Hello everyone. Woke up today with my huntsman keyboard not registering key strokes. The keyboard lights up and is recognized by synapse 4. Firmware and drivers are up to date. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarted. Tried using the hard reset if perhaps it was in demo mode. When I first noticed the issue I unplugged and replugged and it worked for a split second before stopping again. Now it doesn’t even do that much. Currently running windows 11 64bit. Keyboard was working fine until this morning. Nothing has been changed and nothing was spilled on it. Haven’t had the keyboard for more than a month. The keyboard registers the key presses because of the lights reflecting my color settings.

Thanks for alerting us about this. Are you using a USB hub? Try plugging it directly into your PC’s motherboard. If possible, try it on a different computer just to check if the same issue persists. If it does, then drop me a message via PM along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check the warranty status. Looking forward to your response!
