huntsman v3 pro tkl volume knob not responding when initially used

Question

i have a minor issue with the volume knob of my huntsman v3 pro tkl which wont respond on first use, doinga single turn up or down but then it starts reacting perfectly. i got my keyboard new a week ago and this was an issue right out of the box. everything about the pc, software and keyboard is up to date including firmware, also different usb ports didnt change anything. can anyone confirm the same issue, so i know its not just me, because it feels like a software/firmware issue to me. after not using the keyboard for a while like 30 min+ the volume knob wont respond to the first turn, volume +2/-2 up or down on windows 11, doing a second turn makes it work, it make me feel like it first gets activated on first turn and then reacts. however afterwards it works flawless instantly, except also testing a full 360 degree circle with every single turn would cause sometime no respond like 3 our of 100 times. but its not a hardware deadzone i guess, because it often works always on every single turn and it the spot changes where it wont respond on a single turn.

Im just unsure if its something which is supposed to be like that by design from razer. maybe someone can confirm by testing the same keyboard if the volume knob is only supposed to change the volume after the second turn? I was able to reproduce that scenario by plugging out the keyboard usb c cable and then plugging it in and then doing an up or down turn with the volume knob. Every single time I do that, it wont respond to the first turn but to the second. To me it feels like a mechanism in the firmware, because it doesnt feel like a bug or malfunction but like a precise mechanism which is build into the firmware
