Hyperswift is useless on huntsman mini?

So i bought huntsman mini cause i found hyperswift very interesting, but theres a problem when i activate hyperswift while gaming my "W key" the most important key in a shooter became a Media key, it cant be customized along a lot other keys even when in your tech details it says your keyboard have fully programable keys (the reason why i bought it), are you Razer fixing this or r you selling products with fake specs.
