No sound from windows when I plug into USB. No lights, keyboard does not work. Have I bought an expensive dud? I am typing this from a razer chroma with all the razer software installed.

    Bought brand new from a major UK retailer.

    Worked it out now. The second usb is not alternative type connection but has to be connected as well. Consider this post closed. Sorry.
