Every time I restart the pc, or disconnect and reconnect the keyboard, I get this warning in Synapse 4 and sometimes also features like snap tap are disabled again.
How do I fix this? I only need the profiles which I configured in Synapse, I don’t need anything configured via the keyboard and can’t remember ever changing something manually over the keyboard.
Okay I actually got this fixed. In case someone else has this issue. Open Synapse 4, go to the keyboard device. Click on the “?” symbol for whatever reason. Now this is where Razer hid the option to reset the device.
After resetting the device, I also added one more profile to the keyboard and now it does not reset the keys and trigger settings anymore.
