Good morning, i've bought a Blackwidow V4 X keyboard and the W key was working not all the time. Now a bit of time passed and it got worse. I've tried the things on the troubleshooting guide but they are not working. What can i do?

Please bear with me for a bit. Can you clean the key with a can of compressed air to blow away any accumulated dust and dirt? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the key input issue you're currently experiencing.
