Issue with huntsmand mini v3 pro

Hey there first time posting on here I have already contact support about this and are waiting on a response but wanted to ask here to see if anyone has had this before.

I’ve owned this keyboard for almost a year now and have never had problems with it but recently some of my keys have been misbehaving mostly one my “wasd” keys but it makes sense I would notice them out of anything.

as an example say I was playing a game and went to press and hold down my a key sometimes nothing happens, if I continue to hold that key down after a few seconds the key will now kick in and work or if I lift and re press works straight away. Never had this issue before and am a bit confused what could cause it, I have try alot of steps 
>uninstalling device
>uninstalling razer
>Removing it from windows and re downloading drivers.
>tried on a different computer.
>cleaned around the keys with a qtip and a little isopropyl alcohol

For it to still happen its a very doesn't happen with every key press but enough for me to notice and contact support.
