My keyboard is a Blackwidow V4 Pro and I have a problem with the ABS keycaps that are the default keycaps. I tried to fix this by putting dishwashing detergent on the keycaps and washing them, but the problem is still the same.
I contacted Razer customer service about this problem and they said they can't help me at all. I ordered PBT keycaps, but I'm still having the same problem. I would like to have a new ABS keycap for my Blackwidow V4 Pro. As a spare.
Can someone help me with this problem?
