My problem is when I turn Razer Synapse on then my Razer Ornata no longer reacts at all when I close Synapse again, does it work again does anyone have an idea what could be the reason? I have already reinstalled drivers

Keyboard not Working
+1It also happens on another PC? You’ve just removed drivers from device manager, or did you do clean reinstall like on steps below:
- Uninstall Synapse
- Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
- Then restart your PC
- After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
Also check the keyboard on another USB ports (preferred USB 3.0 or above, direct ports into motherboard, avoid any USB hubs).
Nothing works either, I did everything as described, tried other USB slots and it doesn't work eitherbut the keyboard lights up and changes color all the time
