I am experiencing an issue with my Razer Ornata V2 keyboard where the numbers located above the letters are not functioning, while all other keys are working properly. I also have the same problem as you have. Once in a while they start working perfectly fine, it's been intermittent until just lately where they just don’t want to work at all. I’m surprised nobody has responded to you in 4months. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting, the keys themselves have nothing wrong with them, when they work, they work just as any other key on the board. Did you try contacting support? And where did you find firmware, it doesn’t exist on the razer firmware list.
