Keyboard some specific keys do not work after a windows 11 update!!!

Last night I left a windows 11 update, everything normal in the morning I got up to leave some games downloading what I work on, and I noticed that to start the session I was pressing buttons specifically these keys "'R4FJ" which from what you see are the that it does not detect me to key them, all the others leave me without problems, I tried restoring with esc, [caps and spacebar' etc, but I still do not make it work 10.0.0.0.1, I also tried it on another computer and the same problem continues, I am very stressed, I already asked for support because I only have 4 months with the keyboard. I forgot to mention my keyboard is a blackwidow v3 tkl Thanks for the help

    i have the same issue for months AFTER updating to w11 in Polish (programist) i have one key shortcut not working alt+z funfact: alt+shift+z [capital of same letter] is working :) all other regional characters are working, issue is just with this one blackwidow chroma v2
