i’ve had this black widow mini v3 hyper speed for a while now and i haven't been able to use it because it won't even turn on i got curious to try and turn it on after some years and it stayed on for like 2 mins max and it cut right back off and ive tried everything, the hard reset, and all i tried charging it last night by plugging the cable into the lil port behind the frame of the keyboard and the little light next to it didn't light up so i thought maybe that was normal well i just got home and tried to turn it on and nothing works!! it won't even turn on for 3 sec not even a light or response from the keyboard. so this is my last resort if u know anything please help

Can you try charging the keyboard with another Type-A to Type-C cable for at least 30 minutes? If the issue continues, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue.
