I just bought the Hunstman Elite keyboard and I wanted to replace the keycaps with pink ones from razer but I was worried this voids my warranty?

Nope, changing keycaps will not void warranty.
But be careful, and use proper tools to replace keycaps (keycap puller), also pull it straight up, to prevent from any damage.
