Let “Cap Lock” be another “FN” key

I am not asking for Cap Lock to be another function key (eg F5) but I would like Cap Lock to be THE “FN” key so I could have two FN keys - one on bottom right and one on top left. Can this be done?

Thanks Mr Nobody. I just got the blackwidow mini (65% form) and I don't see a macro function being available on my Synapse.

I tried to do it with Macro, unfortunately, to insert the "FN" keystroke, it needs to be pressed with another key e.g. if I pressed "4" it would record an "F4" which does not really help...as I had wanted to assign a macro to "cap lock" which is just "FN" so I could press it with "2" and "4" with my left hand alone...to make "F2" and "F4"
